Her professional journey began in a family business within the construction and ancillary trades as well as international wholesale. At just 18 years old, she took on the responsibility of building and scaling the company’s sales division. She successfully led B2B partnerships with partners from Italy, Spain, and the DACH region while managing a sales team of five employees.

Jasmina later complemented her practical experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences for Management and Communication in Vienna. Following this impressive achievement, she expanded her expertise in various areas of sales and project management. In 2021, she founded her own real estate and project development company in Croatia, which she successfully sold in 2024.

At RIVNA Partners, Jasmina’s focus is on acquisition, where she applies her extensive experience in HR management.
