For our renowned retail client, we are looking for an experienced leader for the position of Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d). Our partner is in a strong growth phase, giving you the opportunity to actively shape processes and make decisions thanks to the flat hierarchy. As Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Operational leadership: You will directly manage a cluster of 5 stores with a total of 120 employees in Vienna and the surrounding area.
• Coordination with Sales Management: Close cooperation to ensure efficiency and success of day-to-day operations.
• People management: Recruitment and leadership of employees, as well as close collaboration with store managers.
• Data-based decision-making: Making strategic decisions based on KPIs and analytical insights.
• Customer experience: Increasing customer satisfaction through process optimization and compliance with internal guidelines.
Your Background
• Completed degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in leading large teams, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
• High willingness to travel and a Category B driver’s license.
