For our renowned retail client, we are looking for an experienced leader for the position of Store Manager (m/f/d). Our partner is undergoing significant transformation, giving you the opportunity to contribute actively and make decisions thanks to the flat hierarchy. As Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
Your Responsibilities:
• Training: After an intensive onboarding phase in various stores with experienced colleagues, you will take over the management of your own store.
• People management: You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20–25 employees in Vienna.
• Operational leadership: You will be responsible for the economic and inventory-related performance of the store.
• Corporate guidelines: You will implement company policies and concepts, with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
Your Background
• Several years of leadership experience in a similar position and/or managing larger teams.
• Ability to analyze and interpret KPIs and analytical data.
• Independent, decisive working style.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
