Rachel brings a diverse career background and broad experience in auditing, startups, PR, social media marketing, and the fitness industry to RIVNA Partners. After graduating from business college, she completed a part-time Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in Krems—driven by curiosity and a continuous desire to grow.

A true turning point in her career was entering the fitness industry: As a fitness trainer and club manager for a well-known franchise, she combined her business acumen with her passion for movement. Working closely with clients showed her how fulfilling it is to motivate people and help them recognize their strengths.

During the Covid period and her first year of motherhood, she founded her own décor service—a venture that offered her independence, freedom, and a new perspective on entrepreneurship. These experiences continue to shape her understanding of the needs of both people and organizations.

Today, Rachel channels her passion into the field of executive search and recruitment. She supports professionals, leaders, and companies in identifying talent, unlocking potential, and creating the right match between people and organizations.
