Christoph Dreitler, BA

Christoph is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong enthusiasm for digital technologies and a particular focus on the identification and support of IT talents. Growing up in his family's gastronomy business in Lower Austria, he developed strong communication skills and a great ability to interact with people at an early age, which benefits him today when working with candidates and companies.

After studying at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he specialised in production management and digital business models, Christoph dedicated himself to the career development of IT specialists. With empathy and a genuine interest in the individual strengths of his candidates, he supports them on their career path and specifically identifies opportunities that facilitate the next career step.

Founding his own company during the coronavirus pandemic enabled him to develop innovative digital solutions and further expand his network. At RIVNA Partners, Christoph brings his strategic mindset and extensive expertise to support the team in the development and implementation of efficient, future-oriented solutions. His vision is to bring IT talents and companies together to actively shape the digital transformation.
