Shape the compliance landscape in your company!

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual in the area of compliance who will ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, while actively shaping the compliance landscape in the following areas:

  • You will develop and implement compliance strategies, policies and procedures to ensure that our bank meets all legal requirements and regulatory requirements.
  • You carry out regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and plan and implement risk mitigation measures.
  • You design training programs and initiate awareness-raising measures to increase awareness of compliance requirements throughout the banking industry.
  • You are responsible for preparing compliance reports and communicating with management, supervisory authorities and relevant bodies.
  • You carry out internal audits and monitoring processes to ensure that compliance measures are implemented effectively.
  • In the event of compliance violations, you initiate investigations and measures to deal with the situation and prevent future violations.

Your Background

  • You have several years of experience in compliance in the banking sector
  • You have a deep understanding of legal regulations and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
  • You have excellent communication and assertiveness skills
  • You are able to identify complex compliance challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and integrity
