Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership and development of a Private Banking team of up to 10 employees
  • Responsibility for a client portfolio worth over EUR 1 billion
  • Acquisition of new high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ongoing development of existing client relationships
  • Acting as a role model in client service, providing excellent, highly personalized advisory services
  • Development and implementation of strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Collaboration with specialist departments to provide optimal client support

Your Background

  • At least 15 years of successful experience in Private Banking, preferably with a private bank or a similar institution
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing a team successfully
  • Documented success in advising and acquiring new clients in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segments
  • Native-level proficiency in German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
  • High self-motivation, leadership qualities, and the ability to inspire a team
