Why this matters to me

I've walked this path myself.
More than once.

At age 12, I came to Austria from Ukraine with my family. Back then, I had to learn many things all over again — a new language, a new culture, and a completely new environment.

That's when I learned what entrepreneurship would later demand of me: adaptability, personal responsibility, and the courage to keep going even when you don't yet fully know the way.

Later, I studied entrepreneurship, earned my doctorate, and built my career in banking. By 25, I was already in a leadership role.

From the outside, I had achieved everything I had worked toward for years — even more than I had originally planned.

And yet, one thought never let go of me:

What would be possible if I built something of my own?

During the pandemic, I answered that question for myself and founded RIVNA.

Over the past years, I've interviewed, coached, and accompanied thousands of specialists and executives on their career paths. And I kept noticing the same thing, again and again:

What exactly is the RIVNA Entrepreneur Academy?+

The RIVNA Entrepreneur Academy is a two-year partner program for people who want to establish themselves as self-employed Executive Search Partners and learn entrepreneurship in practice. You build your own business — backed by RIVNA's structure, brand, and experience.

Do I need recruiting or sales experience?+

No. What matters is a willingness to learn, personal responsibility, and genuine interest in people. Recruiting can be learned — an entrepreneurial mindset is much harder to teach.

Am I employed or self-employed?+

You're self-employed from day one, working under your own registered business. You benefit from RIVNA's brand, network, and training, while remaining entrepreneurially independent.

Why does the program start in executive search?+

Because executive search is one of the best schools for entrepreneurship. You learn to win clients, build relationships, take on responsibility, and think entrepreneurially — while building an attractive income at the same time.

How long does the program last?+

The Academy supports partners for at least two years. After that, you decide for yourself whether you want to continue as a self-employed partner under the RIVNA umbrella.

How do I earn money as a RIVNA Partner?+

You share directly in your own success. Instead of a fixed salary, you build a performance-based income tied to your results.

Can I later build my own projects or companies?+

Yes. That's exactly the vision behind the Academy. For many partners, executive search is the entry point into entrepreneurship and the foundation for later realizing their own ideas and companies.

Do I have to wear a suit?+
